Feisty Wings

Feisty Hot Wings!

The Wings:

1 kg skin-on chicken wings

1 teaspoon salt

Black pepper to taste

 

Bengalicious Wing Sauce:

½ cup soy sauce

1 tablespoon garlic paste

1 tablespoon ginger paste

2 tablespoons honey

1-2 tablespoons Fruity Fire Sauce (or 1 teaspoon Spooky Lava Sauce or a mix! Your pick.)

  • Preheat your oven to 180 degrees

  • Blot the wings dry with an unscented paper napkin.

  • Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper.

  • Lightly grease a baking dish with oil and arrange wings in a single layer.

  • Bake in the oven for 20 minutes

WHILE THE WINGS ARE IN THE OVEN….Mix the Bengalicious Wing Sauce ingredients together.

  • Take out the wings and discard the grease from the baking pan.

  • Toss the wings with your Bengalicious wing sauce.

  • Pop the wings back in the oven for 30 minutes.

  • Plate nicely and garnish with something green if that’s your thing

  • Devour now now or later, we don’t know your life (they’re actually quite good cold!)
