The Wings:
1 kg skin-on chicken wings
1 teaspoon salt
Black pepper to taste
Bengalicious Wing Sauce:
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon garlic paste
1 tablespoon ginger paste
2 tablespoons honey
1-2 tablespoons Fruity Fire Sauce (or 1 teaspoon Spooky Lava Sauce or a mix! Your pick.)
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees
Blot the wings dry with an unscented paper napkin.
Sprinkle wings with salt and pepper.
Lightly grease a baking dish with oil and arrange wings in a single layer.
Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
WHILE THE WINGS ARE IN THE OVEN….Mix the Bengalicious Wing Sauce ingredients together.
Take out the wings and discard the grease from the baking pan.
Toss the wings with your Bengalicious wing sauce.
Pop the wings back in the oven for 30 minutes.
Plate nicely and garnish with something green if that’s your thing
